Description

Bellagio is the oven with generous dimensions, almost professional, perfect for lovers of Italian Food and cooking with family and friends. The large, 80×80 cm cooking surface allows cooking up to 5 pizzas comfortably and over 5 kg of bread. Furthermore, the high thickness stainless steel vault allows to reach the high temperatures necessary for the cooking of a real pizza. (In a very short time and with very little wood). In addition, the cooking surface of the Bellagio Pizza oven which is 3 cm thick refractory material is there for the slow and delicate release of the heat as per tradition.

Above all, the massive insulation in ceramic fiber and natural rock wool allow to keep the temperature for a long time. This also reduces the wood consumption. The insulation at the base of the oven allows its positioning even on delicate materials without any risk. The equipment is completed with a lid, with a large viewing window of the oven. This is there for the most comfortable cooking of all dishes such as roasts, bread, desserts; the handles in anti-scald material, and the thermometer for the most precise control of the cooking temperature.

In this version with the trolley, Bellagio offers a convenient closed compartment for containing wood. Above all, this Cart version not only looks smarter but also more convenient. Delivery to Mainland UK is Free!

Once your order has been processed and confirmed for delivery you will receive a notification via email. Depending on the delivery method you may receive a tracking number where you can track the journey of your order, or you will receive confirmation of when the order is ready to be despatched and that the driver will contact you prior to delivery on the day.

Some of our products will be delivered direct from our suppliers and we use a number of couriers depending on the product.

As standard order will be delivered within 3-5 days.

Some products may have a slightly longer lead time, for example where colour options are selected and they are painted to order.

In this case you will be contacted with details of delivery time.

Deliveries of large items are made on large lorries or 7.5 tonne lorries with a tail lift and a hydraulic pallet truck to bring the item as close to your house as possible.

Drivers will always be as helpful as possible but will not be able to unpack or lift the item into your house or into position.

If you have any special instructions or restrictions around or when accessing your property please let us know when placing your order and we will make sure the drivers are aware.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may be liable for the cost of returning the item if the product is in an acceptable condition for sale but that you decide you no longer want this item. Cost of return may depend on where the product needs to be collected from, however our standard delivery fee is £49.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It is essential that all mechanisms, levers, control knobs and valves are checked to be working correctly before installation. Glowingflames will not accept returns of items which have been installed without thorough checking and will not be responsible for costs associated to uninstall a defective product.

If your item is damaged or is incorrect, we will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the item and then deliver you a new one. There may be a delay if the item is not in stock.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases or bespoke items such as those cut or painted to order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
You will be notified when your item is returned and that it has been inspected. We will then process your refund within 1-3 working days. Refunds will be made to the same card or account that the purchase was made from. Refunds can take days or even weeks to show in your account depending on your provider.
