Delivery to Mainland UK is Free!

Once your order has been processed and confirmed for delivery you will receive a notification via email. Depending on the delivery method, you may receive a tracking number where you can track the journey of your order, or you will receive confirmation of when the order is ready to be dispatched and that the driver will contact you prior to delivery on the day.

Our range of Chimineas, fire bowls and tables are delivered within 3-7 working days.

Drivers will always be as helpful as possible, but will not be able to unpack or lift the item into your house or into position.

If you have any special instructions or restrictions around or when accessing your property please let us know when placing your order and we will make sure the drivers are aware.

Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email info@glowingflames.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back, and we will give you the return address. You pay the return cost when you change your mind (we can arrange collection of large items, and will quote you before booking it). We refund the item price and standard delivery within 14 days of getting the item back. Items made to order are not returnable unless faulty.

Damaged, wrong or faulty? Please check your delivery when it arrives and let us know within 48 hours if anything is damaged or wrong, with photos if you can. Please check all controls and parts work before installation. If an item is faulty you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days, and you have further rights to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We cover the return costs for damaged, wrong or faulty items.
