A flueless gas fire is a fire for the modern age. With fuel costs spiraling, a flueless fire is the answer. With no flue system, all of the heat from the fire flows into your room with zero wastage.

How it works

The 5010 is a flueless gas fire which uses a catalytic converter to convert harmful Carbon Monoxide into harmless Carbon Dioxide and Water.

A flueless fire means you are no longer restricted to installation with a conventional flue/chimney system.

Simplicity and Style

The 5010 can be installed on any wall with simple screw fixings.

It features a slimline profile with sleek curved black glass fascia. This is the perfect focal point for the modern home.

High Performance

Despite its small size the Ebony delivers a good heat output and requires a minimum room size of 23m³ (approx 3.1m x 3.1m with an average 2.4m ceiling height) is required along with a 100cm² air vent in the room of installation.

Compact and refined the Ebony seamlessly integrates into your living space providing a modern focal point to any room where space is a premium.

This Ebony is available in Manual control (Rotary) positioned on the right hand side of the fire for easy accessibility. There is no requirement for mains power supply or battery for ignition.

Installation Information	As with any open fire, a fire guard complying with BS 8423 must be used. Fire guards are intended to protect people from falling into a fire, prevent burns and reduce the risk of injury, particularly to young children and the infirm. In addition it is intended to reduce the risk of fire resulting from clothing and/or other flammable materials coming into contact with, or in proximity to, burning fuel and/or hot surfaces.

Delivery

Delivery to Mainland UK is Free!

Once your order has been processed and confirmed for delivery you will receive a notification via email. Depending on the delivery method you may receive a tracking number where you can track the journey of your order, or you will receive confirmation of when the order is ready to be despatched and that the driver will contact you prior to delivery on the day.

Some of our products will be delivered direct from our suppliers and we use a number of couriers depending on the product.

As standard order will be delivered within 3-5 days.

Some products may have a slightly longer lead time, for example where colour options are selected and they are painted to order.

In this case you will be contacted with details of delivery time.

Deliveries of large items are made on large lorries or 7.5 tonne lorries with a tail lift and a hydraulic pallet truck to bring the item as close to your house as possible.

Drivers will always be as helpful as possible but will not be able to unpack or lift the item into your house or into position.

If you have any special instructions or restrictions around or when accessing your property please let us know when placing your order and we will make sure the drivers are aware.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may be liable for the cost of returning the item if the product is in an acceptable condition for sale but that you decide you no longer want this item. Cost of return may depend on where the product needs to be collected from, however our standard delivery fee is £49.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It is essential that all mechanisms, levers, control knobs and valves are checked to be working correctly before installation. Glowingflames will not accept returns of items which have been installed without thorough checking and will not be responsible for costs associated to uninstall a defective product.

If your item is damaged or is incorrect, we will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the item and then deliver you a new one. There may be a delay if the item is not in stock.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases or bespoke items such as those cut or painted to order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
You will be notified when your item is returned and that it has been inspected. We will then process your refund within 1-3 working days. Refunds will be made to the same card or account that the purchase was made from. Refunds can take days or even weeks to show in your account depending on your provider.
